“This is the second of 5 bars of French Broad that I purchased. A flavor profile of coffee and licorice is not my preference but I wanted to try several varieties of their dark chocolate. This bar has the same qualities as the first bar I tried (India): well made, very nice texture, smooth, creamy. And I really did like the flavor. I hesitate to call it bitterness so I'll say there is just a little bit of sharpness on the finish which cuts through the sweetness and gives it a nice edge.”
