“I honestly thought Felchlin’s claims of “special milk” were a bit of marketing BS, but still wanted to try this. I was quite wrong. I mentioned that the Opus Lait White Chocolate tasted like white chocolate crossed with a great vanilla milkshake. This one tastes like a phenomenal chocolate forward chocolate milkshake. Some hints of cream cheese/cheesecake I’m here as well. I was actually a bit disappointed at first with this chocolate, but quickly grew to love it. Great on its own, but also makes an excellent partner with the higher percentage Felchlin milk chocolates like Sao Palme 43% and Maracaibo 49%.”
“Okay for dipping. Didn't like how thin the cholate was; it tended to fall off of what we were dipping instead of staying on. Taste was excellent though.”
