It’s fairly sweet, slightly sweeter upfront than the fruitier Valrhona Ivoire, but deeper and smoother. It’s like Felchlin set out to make a White Chocolate that tastes a lot like an outstanding vanilla milkshake. Not the most subtle white chocolate out there, but the best tasting one I’ve tried.”
