“If you order one of these, be prepared for hours of work trying to separate the brick of glued-together chocolate bars and truffles. You have a 99 percent chance of ripping every chocolate bar and truffle package in the basket. The whole experience of looking at the variety of chocolate upon opening is ruined and impossible. I felt I needed to apologize to the recipient for their frustration. It was honestly embarrassing.
I contacted WWC about this issue with no response. They don't seem to care.”
