“I really loved the grab bag box! Many of the chocolates included were ones I love like Lyndt. But I also loved that other brands were included as I loved being introduced to other types of chocolate as well! Such a great idea to offer this for chocolates that are slightly expired or about to expire...chocolate is a sacred food that should never be waisted :)”

“I've ordered this few times. The first box was AMAZING. Incredible variety and selection. 2nd box was pretty good as well. I got one kind of boring box but I thought maybe that was just what was available at the time. But no, the last few times I've ordered it's literally just a box full of Lindt bars. Like literally 15+ Lindt bars and then nothing else. Not even a wide variety either. Just like 7 of the same flavor and another 6 of the same flavor. It seems the grab bag have just become a clever way to off-load this unwanted product. If you love Lindt, then this is the product for you! Now, I like Lindt too but not THAT much. And then besides those bars there's only like a 3 or 4 other products included, which is disappointing considering the amazing selection here from all over the world. I have considered getting the larger size grab bag but now I'm worried it'd just be a giant case full of Lindt bars and nothing else.”

Thank you for your insights and we appreciate the feedback. Please know that we have worked very hard to be completely transparent on our grab bags. They are absolutely items that we have the opportunity to offer at a discount. The reality is, as a result of Covid, we had to take them (Grab bags) off of our site, because products were moving so fast our promotions pantry was completely bare. We did have an assortment of Lindt products become available, that fit our criteria, so we re-activated the grab bags by popular demand. The criteria for the grab bags is value, but there is no set content/variety criteria for what you receive, other than a lot of chocolate for the money. Hopefully, this addresses your concern and we are sorry you were disappointed and we do certainly appreciate your patronage. As we start to get back to more "normal" business conditions we are continuing to transition new and more varied items to the promotions pantry, which are available for grab bags.
