“Goodnow Farms makes good chocolate so you can't go wrong there. They keep it simple. The "Brown Butter" is one of my favorites because of the subtle almost caramel (but not caramel) flavor to the chocolate. Have you ever browned butter in a frying pan to make French Toast. . . that's the aroma I think of when I bite into this bar. Grab some and see if you agree.”
