“This bar is made from delicious 70% Peruvian dark milk chocolate. The chocolate is of high quality and has a delightful mouth feel. The flavor of the dark chocolate was not what I expected. The herbaceous green Sichuan peppers add a unique and delightful flavor to the chocolate. It imparts a tangy note reminiscent of citrus and pine to the chocolate that compliments its natural cacao and bitterness. The pepper also creates an interesting tingly, cooling sensation in your mouth. It’s not hot like capsicum, but definitely peppery. I would totally get the bar again.”
