“I'm not sure if I'm looking for more than I should from powdered chocolate, but while this was very tasty, it also was rather bitter and acidic. But certainly a nicer flavor than standard brands sold in supermarkets.”
“I use cocoa powder to make daily cocoa drinks. I decided to try this brand to support free trade nd organic farming. But, when I tasted the drink the first time I thought that the ‘mil’ i use had soured. Tossed it, mixed powder, sweetener, and water. Tasted it and it was sour. I think this is worse than the cheapest cocoa powder at a typical grocery store. Might work for some baking purposes, but it is not for drinks. For organic cocoa Navitas, Lake Champlain, and Field Day are all decent, I prefer the Field Day.”
