“My initial intention with these cookies was to eat it by itself. But I found a recipe that required dark chocolate and made brownie cookies. This chocolate bar, combined with a sweet chocolate simple truth organic bar 46% cacao was the perfect mixture for the recipe. I tasted it while I was shopping it up and it is a great piece of chocolate. It is wonderful either eating a loan, or mixed into a baking dish. I'm about to order more bars because people have been asking me for these cookies that I made. This was not overly bitter, and it had a smooth distinct flavor.
