“The shipment I received was 3 months from expiration, and had quite a bit of blooming. The chocolate was drier and less creamy than I would have liked. I don't know if that is a quality of this brand of chocolate, or if it was because the product sent was old. I am disappointed to have to use this up so fast. I was hoping to stock up during the cold months when shipping conditions are better for chocolate. Glad I did a test run before committing to a larger order.”
