Wafers did have some bloom? on them but tasted great!

I’ve been buying callets for years for various baking needs, but the Madagascar chocolate is something indescribable in nature. Definitely kicks it up a notch! It’s like a fine wine in chocolate form.

I really like the standard Guittard 64% Coveture, and I wanted to compare it to the 64% Madagascar Coveture. If you like your chocolate more bitter, and with flavors that aren’t precisely chocolatey, you might like this. My husband and I will definitely use it, but probably mixed with another chocolate. I missed the wonderful taste of pure chocolate in this.

Delicious chocolate, definitely bright and very fruity flavor. If you are going for a more traditional/more bitter chocolate taste you may want something else, but these are lovely.
