Excellent chocolate! I love Guittard and go between this one, the 64% and the 72%--each has a delicious flavor all its own. the Lever du Soleil made the perfect topping for my rainbow cookies (the cake layers are tinted for my granddaughters' birthday is a departure from the traditional).

When 72% doesn’t provide the essential sugar needed for baking, but milk chocolate has too much, 61% is always just right! And Guittard makes these discs with the highest quality of chocolate that I depend on whether it’s a batch of cookies, a cake or a mocha frappe.

If you’re looking for an everyday, general chocolate that’s not too dark, sweet, creamy, fruity, etc, but just good chocolate, I’d happily use this. I prefer the 64%, but this takes 2nd place for me.
