“This chocolate has a lot of flavor. It is creamy, has an intense cocoa flavor and has almost a hint of cinnamon flavor. It does not have any bitter taste. I love it!”
“A nice general purpose dark chocolate with a traditional chocolate flavor. Pairs nicely with most any ganache flavors or anywhere a robust chocolate flavor is warranted. Not the best for mold lining and hand dipping, but can be used for both in a pinch.”
