“If you’re on a diet, or just can’t have sugar, this is a fairly good choice of coveture chocolate. There’s no specific aftertaste, but when compared directly to Guittard’s standard 61%, you can taste a difference. If I needed a sugar free coveture chocolate, I’d be happy using this one.”
