Unsweetened chocolate is the key to getting just the right flavor. I only use Oban because it adds a fullness to my baked goods. World wide Chocolate is the only place I get it from.

The absolute best chocolate for brownies and cake. Produces a beautiful custard and ganache as well.

This is just what I ordered, as I have been using this for fudge for 18 years!. I ordered 25 lbx, not 2! LOL The flavor is just what I was expecting.

Guittard’s Oban unsweetened chocolate discs are so delicious, I eat them plain by the handful or add them to unsweetened yogurt with salted nuts for a nutritious, low-carb snack. They have been my mainstay chocolate fix for several years now. The flavor is rich and intense, and the mouthfeel is buttery with no chalkiness.
