“They hold up great in pain au chocolat--They are the right size and don't melt completely. Taste and quality is good enough to eat right out of the bag.”
“Fits perfectly in a Pain au Chocolat and the batons are a few grams heavier than what I have purchased before, so the chocolate really comes through. Very flavorful. Be careful if you order in hot weather, as the ice pack was already melted when Fedex delivered and bars were a little stuck together. However, I put the box by the air conditioner vent and overnight the bars were fine and came apart without a scratch.”

We do find many Batons tend to be on the sweeter side, you may want to try Callebaut's, which are also available on the WWC site:-)
