“In August of this year, I ordered Guittard 5,000-Count Semisweet Dark Chocolate Baking Flakes along with other product. Despite purchasing the heat protection, my items arrived half-melted, including the baking flakes. I emailed WWC twice asking for a refund. They only responded after I posted a review here which is now conveniently gone. Their email (I still have it) informed me they would be sending a replacement. I never received it. So I followed up. Again, no response. I will not recommend this company to anyone. I was able to find the same product through my local suppliers at better prices and with much better customer service.”
“Although I purchased the chocolate with the hot weather protection, the product arrived party melted in the bag, thus rendering about a third of it unusable. I emailed WWC twice. No response. Good chocolate. Service can be better.”
