Until I knew I really wanted to make an amazing version of a white chocolate macadamia nut cookie, and tasted the 35% Guittard white couverture. More cocoa butter = less sweet AND richer! The flavors are of vanilla and cream. They are addicting even on their own. 100% recommend!
