“I'm quite convinced that these bars are the best deal you can get on exquisitely pure and smooth dark chocolate. They may be my favorite in the world. Another favorite is Rausch 80% Trinidad (made in Berlin), which is a bit sweeter and nuttier, but doesn't seem to be available online in the U.S. I haven't found a single brand besides Cluizel that gives such intense satisfaction, without any harsh, burnt or acidic edge whatsoever (and also without too much sugar). This chocolate is definitely inspirational -- and may keep you awake if you eat too much late at night.”
