Great news, this is available in a bulk 'callet' format! And Cluizel refers to their small discs as "mini grammes" for easy measuring - you can check out the bulk option here: https://worldwidechocolate.com/shop/michel-cluizel/riachuelo-brazil-dark-chocolate-couverture-mini-grammes/ Cheers!

I'm more of a dilettante than connoisseur so MC's suggestive, nuanced tasting notes were generally lost on me. But Riachuello has the wonderful fruitiness that I associate with the Criollo cacao of Peruvian Piura and Venezuelan Porcellana bars. The packaging is classy and simple--no vacuum-sealed plastic here, but the tempering of the bars makes clean breaks along the indentations problematic:)
