But Riachuello has the wonderful fruitiness that I associate with the Criollo cacao of Peruvian Piura and Venezuelan Porcellana bars. The packaging is classy and simple--no vacuum-sealed plastic here, but the tempering of the bars makes clean breaks along the indentations problematic:)”
