Its texture is somewhat dry in the mouth, creating a great. balance in a browned butter chocolate chip cookie. What I really like about this chocolate is that it does not have that typical flavor profile of dark chocolates. It has its own distinctive chocolate flavor, and that in itself is a treat.”
