“I'm a huge fan of Michel Cluizel chocolate. One of the reasons is that 'usually' they do not use soy lecithin in their chocolate, they use sunflower lecithin which generally means that folks with a soy allergy can use this. Anyway, this chocolate has a lovely, slightly dry texture with notes of butter and blackberry. Goes beautifully with a brandy truffle!”
