“The 75% cacao was aged in charred, white American Oak barrels which gives it light hints of bourbon whiskey and gives the dark chocolate a very interesting taste. Although I did not taste the honey nougat mentioned in the tasting notes, the dark chocolate was smooth to taste with a mellow whiskey flavor.”
