“I'd never tasted Valrhona Manjari until I ordered it for myself. The texture is just what I expected, and the deep chocolate base notes are marvelous. But the fruity descant puts me off just a bit. I keep expecting to bite down on some sort of fruit or flower. It's not bad, of course, and this comment -- like most reviews -- is more a reflection on me than on the chocolate.
