“Nothing fancy in the packaging -- this is intended for cooking -- but who needs that? The chocolate is dark and rich. The pieces are bite-sized, and this is is one of my favorites for snacking.”

“I buy this chocolate to make a decadent chocolate chip cookie along with Caramelia and Dulcey. The recipe is from Kelly Field's book, Southern Baking. You will not be disappointed. Valrhona is my go to brand for chocolate.”
