Valrhona Équatoriale Noire 55% Dark Couverture Chocolate Feves Reviews

4.7 Rating 15 Reviews
I bought a 3 k. Package and repacked it for my family, sealed the freezer bags and placed them in my deep freezer. Stir 5 to 7 feves into an 8 oz mug of hot milk of any kind and stir well. Six feves per 8 oz. whole milk is my preference. Instant happiness!

Very smooth. Not much floral or fruity notes. Less intense overall but a very solid tasting dark chcolate. If youre just starting to try out the more expensive brands (like valrhona) to up your dessert/snack game i would recommend this as a starting point.

I called World Chocolate because my chocolate was melted when I received it from buying through Amazon. World Chocolate gave me a full refund through Amazon and no questions asked. However, I did not want a repeat performance of melted chocolate, so I called World Chocolate and ordered directly from them. It came safe and sound and UNmelted. Friendly service and much quicker delivery. Thank you Lisa at World Chocolate's for an amazing experience with your company!!! I will order from you again!

I used this chocolate along with other chocolates in culinary school, by far this outshined all the other chocolates with its depth of flavor and richness. My chocolate mouse go-to chocolate. Try it, you won't regret it!!

Valrhona is the best. I use these chocolates for my chocolate chip cookies and they are always a hit. Expensive, but totally worth it.
