“This review is for the customer service received following an issue with my last order.
I ordered three kilo of Valhorna cocoa powder and one of the bags developed a small hole during shipping. The hole was just large enough to release a small amount of powder, enough to coat the entirety of the box. I lost approximately 2tbsp of product out of one, 1kilo bag. I thought the company would want to know so they could prevent future incidents. So I sent them an email with some pictures. I did not expect nor request any compensation yet, they sent me a replacement 1kilo bag of cocoa. I cannot speak highly enough for the level of service received.
Oh, and the Valhorna chocolate pearls are amazing.”
“These will look pretty on a cake, but I was disappointed to realize they contain dairy - I am vegan - and I don't like the taste of powdered milk. I wouldn't eat them alone.”
