“The flavor is rich and although 100% cocoa, seems a tad sweet but I believe only because it's not at all bitter as one would expect an item with that high a percentage of cocoa to be. While consistency is firm, it's not hard to cut small pieces from it. It melts evenly and has no after-taste.”
