Really appreciate sugar free dark chocolate. Raisins gave it enough sweetness and hazelnuts provided nice texture

I adore the complex taste of high percent cacao. However Willie's beans are far superior, with deep notes that linger on the tongue with balanced tannin.

First bite yields a strange taste and coating to the tongue and mouth but later you start taste the chocolate. I've tasted much nicer 70-80% chocolate bars and won't be buying this one again. Also frustrating the nutritional information is virtually impossible to read even with a magnifying glass.
