“I ordered a Bluetooth speaker before Xmas which doesn't work at all it doesn't hold a charge and won't even switch on. It was bought for my grandson but on me checking it out first before I wrapped it up, good job, I never got anything from it. My son has tried to get it to work but no joy. They sent it out quick enough but after leaving messages for them to contact me I've still got no response. I know Xmas has got in the way of a resolution to my problem so I'm giving them a week to respond and after that it's trading standards.”

“My wife decided that she needed the x pop just 2 days before Xmas. Super service meant that I ordered it and had it delivered in time for the big day. She is delighted with the sound of the unit. It looks neat and because it is water resistant she can now have her tunes banging out whilst having a soak in the bath. Big thumbs up all round.”

“Ordered the X-Pop and received it 2 days after I placed the order, very happy with the speed of the service and delivery :o) :o) I wasn't expecting too much from this little speaker but boy was I surprised. For such a small speaker it gives out very clear sound. It feels very solid and looks the biz. It all fits very snug in to the protective case and the carabiner is a well thought out extra which makes this extremely portable. I would definitely recommend this as a stocking filler for any age or even treat yourself, as I did. Well done guys for such a fantastic product :0)”
