“Email received 8th January saying DPD delivering on the 9th. No delivery and no progress shown in tracking. Sent email to Hotel Linens late evening on the 9th to report no delivery. No response. Still no delivery by the 11th. Email from Hotel Linens asking for rating of service and requesting contact if the review would be bad. You were contacted and the review is as bad as it gets and hets worse each day you Fail to respond. Number one lesson:- Do not go on line unless you can perform competently”
