“Some of the items were not delivered. On two occasions I was reassured after speaking to yourselves that the particular towel that was not available will be delivered before Christmas. It's almost the end of January and there is no communication from you as to what is happening. Please can I have a refund of my money for this item. Thanks Abi”

“Email received 8th January saying DPD delivering on the 9th. No delivery and no progress shown in tracking. Sent email to Hotel Linens late evening on the 9th to report no delivery. No response. Still no delivery by the 11th. Email from Hotel Linens asking for rating of service and requesting contact if the review would be bad. You were contacted and the review is as bad as it gets and gets worse each day you fail to respond. Number one lesson:- Do not go on line unless you can perform competently 12/1/18 I posted this review last night. It is fair and justified. Still no contact from Hotel Linens and it was taken down today. Why? Post script This is my third email to your company. The first two addressed to Info @ ( as requested) and Paul @ have had no response whatsoever. I attach my previous email to Paul below. There has been no response by close of business today. Please accept this final email as cancellation of Order Number 2078/060118/22. I shall contact my card provider tomorrow morning to lodge a formal complaint and request a refund. I shall now post this content on line. Shambles”

Hi Jospeh unfortunaltey couries let us down massivly over Christams normally all orders are delivered next day or within 2 days If you wish to order again please let me know and we can ensure your order is sent on time .
