Has helped me so much to not feel sick after eating by balancing blood sugar, wish more people knew about it. The second day I was taking it had me feeling so much better already, I was amazed. For background I don’t have PCOS.

I find cinnatol to be an easy supplement to take. It is easy to mix reccommended amount in water and is not to sweet to drink. I usually have it after a main meal and I find it helps me a lot.
