I've been an appreciative customer for several years and the quality of my shirt purchases this time was high but my main grouse was with the VERY narrow sizing. I'm skinny but this number nearly bent me in half down the breast bone. Grateful for help from the Balm St store and after returning my shirts I went up from a 38 to a 40. Happy end of story and enjoying wearing the shirt. Getting the buttons done up, especially on sleeves is challenging - presumably button holes will relax over time and a few washes.”
