“Hi guys, I have been buying shirts, shoes and suits from you for over 15 years.
Your suits have been amazing, smartly tailored, contemporary and great value for money especially when you consider the quality and the second pair of trousers, which made buying suits from you a closed shop in my opinion. I know that prices have to go up - you have to make money. But to drop the 2nd trousers and not even offer it as a cost option on all of your new suits, has to be a retrograde step. Really disappointing. I think you will lose loyalty and repeat business from your core customers - to competitors like Barkers for example who now have a shoe in, no pun intended. Kind regards Dean”
