“I received a shirt with brown marks under arms and around collar - and also wasn't clean. I did wonder when i opened the black bag why the shirt didn't have the regular cardboard included and was only in a clear bag. I followed it up with customer services - sending through pictures. A replacement shirt was sent and has been recieved.”
