“I called the 0800 number on Monday 3 March to see if I would be able to have the tie "click and collected" by Saturday 8 March as I had a wedding that I wanted the tie for. I was assured that the tie would be ready for pick-up on Thursday 6 March at the latest.
Unfortunately, my tie was not ready to be collected until the Monday after the wedding, and so I had to purchase another tie from a different retailer. The manager at 3 Wise Men CHCH CBD was sympathetic to my situation and tried to help as much as he could, but unfortunately, the matter was outside both our hands.”
