I have developed Dupuytren's Contracture (Trigger Finger) in both hands a couple of months ago and have been advised to do a number of hand/wrist exercises during daytime hours, and to wear an Enhanced Finger Immobiliser with Metal Splint during sleep. These give a level of relief until removing them when waking when the Trigger Finger pain immediately returns. I am having steroid injections in both hands in a couple of days to help relieve the persistent pain.

After an operation my finger was becoming curved and the splint is helping to straighten again - I have found it excellent.
