Had one of these before for the left hand when I had an issue with De Quervain's. Found this support very good for night-time use until the condition abated, and also for daytime use during the first two weeks when you are trying to immobilise (as much as possible) the tendons linking wrist and thumb. Worked very well indeed and certainly aided recovery. Used their lighter supports as I progressed with physio. Left hand and thumb sorted a long time back and have the same problem with right hand now, so made sense to buy correct splint and start the procedure again. Splint is easy to use and pretty comfortable.
