Apologies for the late reply to your email. I had originally responded to you after tracking the order and Royal Mail had said it was delivered on Christmas Eve. Since then i had opened an investigation with them to try and resolve this. We had some time off over the Christmas and New Year period so emails were taking slightly longer than usual to reply to. However even in this time we had a case opened with Royal Mail. Then after a few days of them not being very helpful, we made the decision to replace the order for you in full. I had since replied to you offering to send a replacement out once we were back in the office on January 4th (which is happening and will be sent out on the 4th).
I can only apologies on behalf of Royal Mail for this experience. (they said it was delivered on Christmas eve -but you do not have it) We do our upmost to send orders out in a timely manner, securely packed and endeavour to get back to customers promptly however in this instance, we had taken slightly longer to send our second reply since having a few days off over the Christmas and New Year period.
We will be back to business as usual from January 4th and your replacement order will be winging its way to you. Have a great New Years.
