Fun piece of tech if you’re interested in tracking (and motivating) yourself to do purposeful heat training.
My tech skills are at the level of: can mostly use my iPhone/ no worries with Garmin/ external HR monitor/ please don’t make me remember another password.
I found setup fairly straightforward but I did need to read the instructions. It has a few quirks: It doesn’t like it if another device is synced to the HR monitor, and sometimes takes a while to upload data and convert it to a heat score. (When compared with Garmin, Strava etc that are nearly instant).
Sought help via Core website and got quick, helpful advice on the above issues. Great company doing cool things, happy to support this version.”
