“I have had Akeso socks for a few years now and have found then hard wearing and comfortable. This last lot of socks purchased, one pair had a fault and I emailed their customer service with pics etc. I am yet to get a return email back and that was about a week ago. Socks are great but customer service appears to be a tad slow. Hopefully someone will email me soon.”
“These socks are as advertised, and I recommend them. However, while the sole is made of strong material, the white material is thin cotton and I am worried the seam will break easily one day.”
“After reading all the rave reviews and all the so-called science going into making these socks "the world's most amazing socks", I was greatly disappointed when they arrived and I tried them on. They are incredibly thick and heavy and being black they were very hot and made my feet sweaty, hot and uncomfortable straight away. Not much point making them anti-fungal and antimicrobial if your feet are going to sweat so much that's what they will produce - bacteria, microbes, etc. My disappointment in the product was made even worse when I tried to return them and was told that because I'd worn them I could not return them. How are you supposed to know whether or not they suit you if you can't try them on first? the perils of buying clothing online. Nothing online says they are thick, heavy and hot. I'll be going back to thin cotton socks as the only product that doesn't make my feet sweat. What a waste of time and money.”
