“I am unable to comment as I have not received the flowers. I asked for the delivery address to be changed, you confirmed this had been done and then it hadn’t. Your response was rude and eventually offered me a discount on more flowers, as if I would want to buy anything from you again.”

I am so sorry you are disappointed and that we could not change the address in time. But please do understand we have systems in the warehouse that straight through process shipping labels from the order system. If an order change comes in after that, it is not always gteed to update.
We use Fedex as they have the ability for the customer to change the address themselves. You will have received shipping confirmation emails from Fedex telling you the delivery address and time. There is also an email entitled “not going to be in” wherein you can reroute your parcel elsewhere. Perhaps these went to your junk folder?
We do everything we can to make flexible delivery options available to our customers, and in this case, manually intervened which unfortunately just didn't work as the label had already been generated. We only acted on the information provided in your order.
Please do be aware that if you use ShopPay login at checkout, it will default your shipping and billing address to whatever your Shopay default profile is.
Please accept this discount code for future use as a gesture to apologise for the inconvenience this has caused you. I do hope perhaps a better understanding of how we operate will change the negative impression you have been left with.
