“Took advantage of the introductory offer of buy five stems get one free. When they arrived the sixth stem was not the same quality as the other five so I contacted customer services and asked for a replacement!
Well to my surprise I was told there was no difference between the six stems. I raised the issue that I was in receipt of the items and I could see that one was not as stiff as the others. I sent a video to show how the stem was limp but to no avail. I offered to return the damaged item for a replacement but this was refused. What should I do as I like the flowers but feel deprived of my value for money?
