“I bought this intending it to be a birthday gift but the colour was rather faded and the petals looked as though they were a little “past their best”. So it’s OK but not attractive enough to give confidently to someone who has a critical eye. It’s a pity because it looked great in the photo.”

“The stem and the roots are very life like up close, also the flower heads from a distance. Up close it is still possible to see that the flowers are made from material as there is a little fraying of some edges of the petals. I would also advise putting some real potting mixture in the pot as the “green moss” is very shiny.”
“Incredibly realistic. It's the finishing touches that make the difference e.g. the stems look very authentic and move from brown to brown/green at the ends where the new flowers are opening up, the buds are not just green but have a touch of the pink in them too - more pink on the larger buds than the smaller ones like in real life etc.
Overall very impressed. Minor criticism only related to the "soil" the plant is in which doesn't look authentic but this can be easily covered by some orchid bark.
I chose this faux orchid as I thought it looked the most authentic on the internet - always hard to tell but I think I made a good choice for the price point, and it's a nice size ie not to big, not too small. I wish the faux flower company did one as well as this in a purple/pink colour as this one is a little muted for my tastes but I still like it.”
