“We expected it to arrive as an arrangement but the flowers came loose with the vase as a separate item. It would have been embarrassing if we had asked for this to go to the recipient and they would then have to arrange it without instruction. However the quality of the product is excellent.

Then this company had the audacity to refund me £6.00 less than I paid to cover the postage to return them. Had they been of a satisfactory quality this would not have been necessary.”
