“Ordered and paid for two battery kits and protective boots for 2 x Suunto Zoop Novo's. However only one of each was delivered three days later. Package was intact and invoice inside clearly stated their should be two of each item! Checked bank and definitely billed for the four items. Sent several e mails requesting they check their stock, as this should show the discrepancy & confirm my short order. Had response next morning from Aquanauts appologising for a genuine packing mistake and the missing items were dispatched within 24 hours. Thank you Aquanauts for amazing customer service and quick response in sorting this out!”
