“Unfortunately the filter didn't work. I got a technician to check out our Billi Eco, which whilst led to other repairs needing to be done (hot water tank level sensor, power board), still didn't fix the yellow flashing lights when installing the new filter. The technician needed to replace my new filter with another new one to stop the yellow flashing lights. Unfortunately, the technician threw out my purchased filter so couldn't seek a refund.”
