“This filter was just wrapped in bubble rap bag and when the postman threw on the doorstep or during transport the top got bent so it doesn’t fit very well and needed list of adjustments to make it watertight”

“Great price, easy ordering and efficient delivery time. Highly recommended supplier based on order/delivery service. I'm yet to install the Zip water filters purchased, as they're replacements for a newly installed filter supplied by Zip on tap installation. At this stage, I'm not concerned about the quality of the supplied filters by Aquastream (nor their expected serviceability) as they present the same as the filter supplied directly by Zip, so I'm confident they are original OEM filters. If not I will revisit this review.”
