“Our water filter is working like a charm and arrived to us only a few days after ordering online. When we installed our Zip tap, there was a fault with the purified water lever. We contacted Zip for assistance and I would have rated their customer service with 00000 stars. I didn't want to have to purchase our replacement filter with them after that experience and found your prices far more competitive and your reviews were all so good. Thank you for your service.”

“I needed a replacement Zip filter as part of our exit from a rental property at the start of March. I ordered one in January from a well-known retailer here in Brisbane; as of last week, I was still waiting for it. A Google search led me to your website, a phone call with one of your helpful staff confirmed you had it in stock, ordered it online on Monday, received it on Tuesday. Could not be more impressed with the service, plus it was $40 cheaper than the one I had previously ordered.”
